We regenerate empty ink jet cartridges, giving them a second life.

We follow 8 operational steps to give to used cartridges a new life.
These steps are controlling, washing, milling, filling, testing, chipping, sealing and closing.

Checking

The functionality of the inkjet cartridge is evaluated by a visual microscope check and an electronic test.

Washing

The cartridge is opened, the sponge is removed, and the tank is washed with dedicated products and diluents, to eliminate all ink residues.

Milling

This step allows us to change the size of the original cartridge, increasing its capacity. With more ink, the number of pages that it can be printed is higher.

Filling

The cartridge is almost ready! By creating a vacuum environment thanks to specific machinery, the cartridges are filled in with pigmented or water-based ink.

Testing

This is a very delicate step. The cartridge is ready only if it passes the suitability test on the printer and the print test.

Chipping

The chip is a device that allows the ink jet cartridge to communicate to the printer the exact amount of ink contained in the tank. Cartridges equipped with chips have a higher yield.

Sealing

The printheads of suitable cartridges are then sealed with clips and packed in special boxes in order to preserve their humidity and specific weight.

Closure

Only the cartridges deemed suitable can reach the last step. Here they will be sealed, boxed and labelled according to the customer’s needs.
